Florida Nursing Home, Adult Day, and Hospice (3 Hour) - CARES® Online Training Program

This is a 3-hour, online, video-based training program. It features training in the evidence-based CARES® Dementia 5-Step Method to person-centered care: Connect with the person, Assess their behavior, Respond appropriately, Evaluate what works, and Share with others. A customized certificate with Florida approval numbers will print out upon successful completion of the program. A built-in tracking feature allows individuals to view their own training progress. Administrators have real-time access to all training and certificate data.
